Yemen: More Than 250,000 People Displaced Since August. 200 Families Need You Now.
Fighting has intensified around Taiz and along Yemen’s west coast. Whole families have fled with nothing, and tonight they sleep in the open: without food, shelter, or clean water.
We are not asking you to carry the whole crisis, only to stand by one family: a food basket, a tent over their heads and clean water to drink. RM2,255 gives a whole family what it needs to start again, and any amount, even RM30, brings them closer.
A city under siege, with almost no water

The only road linking Taiz to Aden has been cut, halting the flow of food, fuel and medicine into the city and the areas around it. The World Food Programme warns that wheat flour stocks in the affected areas are close to running out, and that more than 600,000 people in Taiz are now beyond the reach of aid.
According to UNICEF, clean water has all but run out for newly arrived families. Diesel shortages threaten the water pumping stations, and rubbish is piling up in the streets now that sanitation services have stopped. With cholera spreading in Yemen, unsafe water is a direct threat to children.
In the hospitals, the World Health Organization says the fuel left at 12 hospitals in Taiz will last only about 4 days.
Into all of this, displaced families are arriving at crowded camps and communities, many with nothing but the clothes they are wearing.

Every package funded is one family that sleeps under cover, cooks a meal and drinks clean water. Any amount, however small, makes a difference — and if you cannot give, sharing this campaign is a real contribution in itself.
Share the campaign — your message may reach the very person who funds a family.
