وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ اَلدُّنْيَا, نَفَّسَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ اَلْقِيَامَةِ , وَمَنْ يَسَّرَ عَلَى مُعْسِرٍ, يَسَّرَ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي اَلدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ,
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“If anyone relieves a Muslim believer from one of the hardships of this worldly life, Allah will relieve him of one of the hardships of the Day of Resurrection. If anyone makes it easy for the one who is indebted to him (while finding it difficult to repay), Allah will make it easy for him in this worldly life and in the Hereafter,

Akram Musaed Ahmed Saad, a 34-year-old man from Yemen, is courageously battling left buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma, a severe type of oral cancer. He has undergone major surgery, including wide local excision and neck dissection, and now urgently needs 30 sessions of radiotherapy, along with MRI and PET scans, to prevent the cancer from returning. 

The total cost of his treatment is estimated at RM 50,000 

—an overwhelming amount. His family has already exhausted their savings, struggling to cover even a fraction of these expenses.
