Brother Nasar Ali Ahmed Al-Marami, a 47-year-old man of unbreakable spirit, is battling advanced rectal cancer that has spread to his liver and lungs. Diagnosed in June 2022, he has faced his illness with remarkable courage, undergoing multiple rounds of chemotherapy (XELOX, XELIRI, IROX) and radiation therapy. Despite these efforts, the cancer has progressed, with recent tests showing elevated CEA levels (44.9 ng/mL, normal <5.0) and new tumors in his lungs. He is currently on maintenance therapy with Capecitabine and Bevacizumab (MVASI) to manage the disease, but the financial burden of continuous treatment is overwhelming.

Brother Nasar, born on March 2, 1976, is a man of great kindness and resilience. Since his diagnosis in June 2022, he has faced his battle with advanced rectal cancer head-on, enduring rigorous treatments including chemotherapy and radiation. Despite his strength, the cancer has spread to his liver and lungs, and recent medical reports show alarming progression: his CEA levels have risen to 44.9 ng/mL (normal <5.0), and his liver enzymes are elevated, indicating significant strain on his body.

Currently, Brother Nasar is undergoing maintenance therapy with Capecitabine and Bevacizumab (MVASI) to stabilize his condition. However, the cost of ongoing treatment, medical tests, and consultations is a heavy burden for his family. We are reaching out to compassionate individuals like you to support Brother Nasar in his fight against this relentless disease.
“Every day is a battle, but with your help, I can keep fighting,” says Brother Nasar. “I am grateful for every prayer and every contribution that brings me closer to recovery.”
