Distribution of food baskets to a number of Yemeni families in Malaysia

Under the auspices of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, Al-Tawasul Foundation distributed 100 food baskets to Yemeni families in Malaysia

The program aimed to distribute foodstuffs to Yemeni families of the displaced and students. 100 families, comprising 470 individuals, benefited from the project, in an effort to alleviate the suffering of the targeted families and meet some of their needs.

This program has been carried out within the relief programs umbrella implemented by the Foundation to alleviate the difficult living conditions experienced by many families, since many families lost their source of income as a result of the Covid-19 lockdown.

A number of beneficiaries of the program have expressed their thanks and appreciation to Al-Tawasul Foundation and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth for their efforts to help the needy groups.

This year, Al-Tawasul Foundation seeks to implement a number of educational and relief programs, such as the food basket program and the cash assistance project, in cooperation with local and international institutions.
